I'm getting 2MBs on 4G in Knoxville, and roughly the same on 3G. What is wrong with 4G in Knoxville? I am running the latest OTA. This better not be Verizon throttling people who still have unlimited data plans. What the hell is the point of letting us keep them if we can barely surf the web?

Hello,
Since posting, has your 4G service been working in Knoxville? Did you contact Technical Support and was a trouble ticket created? I did check my references and I am not showing that there was an outage reported on the day you posted.
Please let us know if your 4G service is back up and running.
Thanks very much and have a great day!
