4G jetpack MHS291LVWQ - turned off wifi can't get it back on

I inadvertently turned the wifi option to "off" on my jetpack MHS291LVW and I can't find a way to turn it back on.  Unable to update software either. Perhaps once I get wifi turned on again that won't be a problem. Verizon website is no help. Any suggestion appreciated.  Thx

GOD, thank you so much for your email.  Yes, I tried that but in order to

this? It's making me crazy and I can't go online unless I'm at Starbux or

someone else's house. This is stupid.

THANK YOU!!!!!

What you got wasn't an email, but an email notification of a reply to your post on the Verizon Wireless Community forum viewable by the public. If you have access to a landline, you can reach Customer Service & Tech Support at 1-800-922-0204.
