4G NOT advanced - - today my 3G shut down (only 1X now) - - hope you don't shutdown the 1X on me - - 4G is cruddy - for 15 years 3G has been great (service all around my home) - i can only use the spotty 4G if i go outside and climb a hill (while 3G used to work everywhere) - right now the 1X seems to work everywhere the 3G used to - - BUT, if you take the 1X away from me, it becomes a public safety issue - - if i am walking around my property, trip and break my leg (or anything else) - without the 3G or 1X i will not be able to call 911 ( i will then become coyote bait)........

My understanding is at end of month 3g being shut off in phases I think they said so not sure why you got cut so early

We are sorry to hear about your recent service issues. I would be concerned if my connection was not working as needed as well. To better assist when did this occur for your area? What issues do you have when using your phone and data connection?
