All devices. LTE just came back, but at 1 bar/dot. Normally we get 4 or 5 bars/dots.

Things like construction, storms, time of day will affect your 4G service. Unfortunately Verizon doesn't gurantee 4G service, it's just an added bonus. If all devices are experiencing the issue then it's got to be an area issue, the quickest way to reach some is by phone or my favorite Chat Session. At least make them aware of the issue, but I'm sure it takes X amount of complaints before they send someone out to check the towers etc.

Help is just a posting away 509314. Let's look into your service issue and get you back up & running like normal. May I ask what zip code are you having issue in? Also, what device are you using that's getting subpar service? Can I assume that there isn't any physical/liquid damage on the device? As you share the details then we can troubleshoot.

For those that did not read all the comments...this is not one person or one device. This is an area wide issue. My wife's best friend and her husband have no service, I have no service, my daughter's best friend's parents have no service, many others have it as well. Just odd because some still have LTE, like my wife. So it's hit and miss, not a single device, no water damage, not all same devices, etc. There are many of us in 99019 zip code with this current issue of no LTE, no 3G, nothing.

Like GoEags said - this is more than just me and my single phone having problems. It is a Verizon tower problem.
But since you asked:
Zip code is 99019 (as stated in original post)
Phone 1 is iPhone 5s
Phone 2 is iPhone 5
Phone 3 is Verizon MIFI JetPack 4GLTE
All devices are in undamaged working condition.
All devices are having connectivity issues. It seemed to improve from no service this morning to 3G a couple hours ago. Then it went to No Service again. It is up and down, up and down.

Thanks for the info 509314. Upon review of the area, there are some regions of extended area. This is typically when the towers are owned by another carrier. If you can send us a private message then we can investigate further & discuss ticket options.

Sorry for the run-around 509314! We want to make sure this area is looked at closely and get your service up and running. Although It is very normal for signal to fluctuate as it's designed to retrieve signal from nearest wireless tower. Try enabling roaming in your device, Settings>Cellular>Roaming and make sure voice and data are enabled. How far do you have to travel before your service improves?

Sometime overnight the 4g service returned to zip code 99019. I made no updates or setting changes to my phones. So the issue was a broadcast problem, which is what I was trying to notify Verizon of. It seems impossible to report such outages to Verizon. Thanks for the follow up, albeit rather late.

Um, I thought help was just a posting away. The problem has been going on for 6-8 hours. I tried to chat, call and post to verizon. The only response was yours, that was dismissive and has not followed up.
Some acknowledgment by verizon that they have a problem, are aware of it and working on it is the least verizon should do.

Again, chances are good that if it's happening to everyone in the area that there is some type of interference. You can for sure let Verizon know, but know that they aren't going to solve it for you immediately; maybe not even the near future. Most people wait to freak out about lack of service until it's been on going for longer than 6 hours; there could be construction near the tower, or satellites aren't aligning just right, or a storm cloud is moving in nearby, or you have a mad scientist living next door that is disturbing the airways.

MiiHere, thanks but no thanks. Your contributions on this message thread have not been helpful. I don't expect immediate service, I do expect to be able to alert Verizon of a problem and receive confirmation that they know about the outage and are working on it. My efforts by phone, chat and this posting have not worked.

I will just point out that I asked you all the same questions they are now asking you; I've been on the forums not long, but long enough to know what Verizon will want to know and to know they will immediately assume it's your phone. Best of luck.

I'm in the same boat, and I have heard a few others are having this issue also. Oddly enough, my wife's phone is not having this issue. Would love to have this fixed soon, as I normally have 4 bars at work, and have no service at all suddenly today! (But some of my coworkers with Verizon have service just fine)

That could be a phone issue; if you're the only one experiencing it. You can try to clear network settings, removing your sim card and reinstalling, or just getting a new sim card for free from Verizon corporate.

Back down to 3g. Tried to chat with VW support but they were busy. Left a message instead regarding likely problem with their Liberty Lake tower.
