My 4G went down a little after midnight and cannot find out why or even report it, because a billion dollar company doesn't answer phones after 9pm apparently. The 800 number says it cannot help as well as the online assistant. Heck, I can't even find a place to report it. The phone is fully charged and has been rebooted several times.
