4MB Speed Streaming Video, 50MB everything else?

When I stream videos using my 4G LTE Home Internet, my download speed drops to a range of 3-5MB and our videos buffer ALOT!  I've tested it.  But when I'm doing anything else i get the full 40-50MB speed provided by my plan.  Is there a solution for this?
