When I bought the 4G modem I was sold on the idea that it was FAR superior to anything else out there.
After fighting with it for MONTHS, kicking me off line for no reason, failing to log back in and then unplugging it for periods at a time, I find it FAR LESS than reliable.
The Verizon repair crews were supposed to turn one of the antennas just a tweak more in my direction and refused. They have all kinds of excesses not to FIX the problem.
When my contract is up, if the problem isn't solved, I WILL be looking elsewhere for this service.
I suggest ANYONE considering buying a 4G modem, make them show you a signal map, to show you WHERE the signal is and isn't. Then decide if you still want one!!
