4g in Newport News, VA

I noticed recently that there is a pocket of 4g service in the north end of the city. Newport News isn't listed in any of the plans, any idea what its doing here?

Since thursday of last week it has never cut off i been loving these speeds ..i wish they pushed it more towards the shipyard in newpprt news cause thats where i use most of my service at home i find my self using wifi. At work i use a lot of data
