4g speeds on market

so i've had the razr for close to a month now and everything seemed to work very fast at first, but over that last week or so they've slowed up. every time i download something from the market, i can barely top 40 kbps. now when i need to download an app that's roughly 10mb it takes a long time. i don't know if it's my area or what, i always have 2-3 bars on 4g so i'm at a loss. any help is much appreciated.

If you atttempt elsewhere (hitting a different tower) does the speed change?

well seems better now, 800kb to 1mb a second. probably cuz its late now though, congestion issue perhaps?
