5510L Connectivity

HI, I have a mifi 5510L I am having a problem staying connected to the LTE network. I have 3 bar consistently and the speeds are great when its working. The first 2 months were great (no problems) the last 2 I have to reset the device by turning it off and taking the battery out, this happens about every 10 minutes. I have tried a factory reset with no luck, firmware is up to date and sleep mode is off. Thanks for any help!

I know having connection issues can be frustrating countryguitar740 especially when connection was good previously. Lets take a look at you area and find out if there is any reported issues. Whats your zipcode?
