I live in Phoenix, AZ and I have been getting very poor reception at my house recently. I used to get 4G all the time and now I am barely able to pull a 3G signal. This has been going on for the past few weeks. My zip code is 85083. Will this problem be fixed any time soon?
conaz7,
Sorry to hear that the signal has diminished. Let's get you back in business. Try powering the device off, remove and reinsert the SIM card, power back on. Any improvement? What model phone are you having the trouble with? Are other VZW devices also having the trouble?

Hi Brian,
I have tried powering the device and turn it off. There are other people in
my household who have had the same problem. Most of the time my phone will
be pulling in a weak 4G signal, but most of the time it will be on 3G. It
just started a few weeks ago so I wasn't sure if there were upgrades being
done that would cause a decrease in signal.

Thank you for trying that, conaz7. Which device are you using? Are the devices in your household different models? Have you completed any software updates recently? Before this began were there any storms in the area?
