I have a ASK-SFE116 Verizon 4G Extender that is approximately 18 months old. Has worked fine for the last 17 months. We have not changed anything with our ISP router or location. Today it keeps rebooting when connecting to the HEMS/HEGs server. All firewalls are turned off on the routers. Service says Inactive/Open. I have tried unplugging it for an hour, have tried Factory resetting it numerous times and it keeps rebooting. If I cannot get this to work I need to change carriers as I get almost no signal in our house. I have made multiple attempts to call support and spent over 15 hours with them and it is still doing the same rebooting continuously. Is this just an extender that failed after 18 months?

The last thing we would want to see is for you to leave us, jladwig12. I know how important it is for me that my service works at my home, and I too have spots where I need to rely on support from Wi-Fi calling myself. That is odd that you've done all the troubleshooting, confirmed the necessary ports were opened, etc. and you're still having some trouble. I'd be happy to look into this, and see what other options we have. I'll need account access to assist with this, so please be on the lookout for a private message from me.
In the interim, you can lean on Wi-Fi calling to fill in the gaps, as it does the same job as the network extender. Learn more here: https://www.verizon.com/support/wifi-calling-faqs/
