Dear Verizon Team,
every time I pass the intersection of Cooper Lake Dr. and Atlanta Rd in Smyrna, GA, 30080 my internet connection is disrupted.
The music or podcast stops or the conversation is disrupted. Since this is on the my out of my neighborhood it is pretty annoying.
My wife is an AT&T customer and thinks I should just switch, nothing will ever be done. I think the great company Verizon takes its customs seriously and will take care of this. Who is right?
Thanks

Here is the response from Verizon customer support:
"Thank you for the details. We reviewed the location and there is definitely room for improvement regarding the towers in the area. We are always working to expand and improve the network where possible, however we do not have specific information regarding future build plans in any specific area. Verizon Wireless' specific network expansion plans, locations, and timetables are considered proprietary and confidential. "
What should I make of this response?
