Verizon has oversold! They are NOT meeting their contractual agreement because they are not delivering 5mbps - 10mbps service as promised. At least not in my area. I finally got somebody at Verizon to admit that they have issues in this area and that they hope to have it resolved in the near future. How is this not breach of contract. They offered 4g lte, yet they can't deliver it. My speedtest results show that it hasn't been getting to me for nearly 1 year.
Can we get a response from someone on the Infrastructure team? In downtown Boise the speeds never break 1Mbps, on the bench they hardly do any better and out near the Mall at the main Verizon store I hit some all time highs for my phone at 1.55Mbps. It was really cool when Verizon had the first LTE rollout, but it is obvious that there wasn't much planning on how to sustain it. All of my coworkers on TMobile get speeds of 12-15Mbps, it's pretty tempting...
