No - at least you could not the last time I checked. My husband's truck has a Verizon prefix OnStar number, and I wanted to add it to our family plan to get the unlimited minutes that we share, but OnStar and Verizon are linked and you have to pay separately for the minutes on the OnStar phone line.
If it has changed, I'd love to add that phone number to our Verizon plan!!
