Can't get 4G with VZAM v7.6.4.4(2677s) firmware L0290VWB522F.242

Hi. I have a Pantech UML290 USB on windows 7 64 bit. I just updated to the newest version of VZAM v7.6.4.4.2672s firmware L0290VWB522F.242 and no longer get a 4G connection. I uninstalled this version of VZAM and installed an older version I had archived (v7.6.3.5.2642k) and now I am back to my 4G connection. I cannot remember what version I had just previously to v7.6.4.4.2672s, so can you kindly tell me where I can get older versions of VZAM. It seems that at least for me v7.6.4.4.2672s is not working.

Bump. Another note: my neighbor had the same problem with VZAM v7.6.4.4(2677s) firmware L0290VWB522F.242 and had to uninstall it and revert back to v7.6.3.5.2642k. I had the problem on two different machines as well. Seems  VZAM v7.6.4.4(2677s) firmware L0290VWB522F.242 is DOA for us anyways.

Hello CharlesIngalls,

 

I know a stable connection is very important.  On the VZW site we do not have the older versions of VZAM available.  I haven't seen this issue with this version.  Have you tried re-downloading the newest version v7.6.4 (2672s) to attempt a successful connection?  If you are still experiencing issues please let me know so I may further assist you.
