Cannot connect 4G or 3G

Using VZ Access Manager, I can see 4G signal all 4 bars, but get message saying "Network not Registered". Then autoswitches to 3G, but cannot connect, getting error message WMC761. Activated device via Verizon Customer Support the day I received it and have been connecting before now on 4G and 3G. I need help!!!

The issue with 3G/4G outage has now been resolved.
