To whom it may concern,

I've been a customer with Verizon Wireless for nearly 6 years.  During that time, my average bill has been $250 a month for a grand total of approximately $17,500. 

What I'd like to know, is why when I've had nearly 0% signal for over a year in my home I'm being told that the only way for me to fix the problem is to spend another $250 on an extender.

Attached are screen shot of a signal strength app from my phone over the past few days.

I've already spoken to customer service, and their only solution is for me to pay more. 

Given my investment in Verizon Wireless, how are you going to help me?
