Cell Service

  • My household has been Verizon customers for 10+ years as we live in a rural area and Verizon has provided us with the best reception. Over the past month we have had outage issues and for the last two days we have had 1 bar at most. Is there anything we or Verizon can do?  Is this just another outage? I can drive 10 minutes to town and have perfect reception? I want to avoid switching, but we need cell service. 52031 zip code Iowa.
