I switched to Verizon last week from Sprint. In the same locations I am showing more bars of 4G LTE, but getting slower download and upload speeds. Less than half of what I was getting with Sprint even before their merge with T-Mobile. Anyone else experience this?
Verizon is the most congested major carrier so I'm not surprised. When it works, it's great. When it doesn't, you can tell. Before Covid, I would have to use the Starbucks wifi at the mall good court because my internet was useless.
You switch to Verizon for talk service, not data.
