I was erroneously charged 1,200 for a phone I returned over twk months ago. Verizon received it through USPS. However Verizon never registered the return in the system. As a result, they are charging me for the phone. I have called about 12 times spending hours with agents. They acknowledged the mistaken and every time they reassured me saying they will credit my account in a 2 or 3 days by the payment date. About 5 agents told me so 3 weeks ago. The day of payment arrived and NOTHING WAS DONE EXCEPT THE EMPTY PROMISES OF THE AGENTS. Even a supposed supervisor named “Chloe” made that promise. I don’t know what else to do. The agens have documented ad put notes of all this every time I call. To no avail. My next step if this is not solved is to present a report to the FCC, being the only way it might be resolved or go to arbitration.!
