Its very concerning that verizon complains about customers data usage in a supposed reliable network build to handle usage but not really because you keep talking 5g but with current 4g data you keep downgrading plans and 4g is fast, what happens with 5g faster but with less data plans more restrictive towards data usage? Getting rid of the unlimited data plan on the mobile hotspot prepaid was a very bad decision I bet it doesn't go the way you planned Verizon.
Also you're not the most reliable network you're the most restrictive network.
