For weeks now we have been dealing with dropped calls in the Plover Wisconsin area. I'm believing it started shortly after storms came through our area. There are many Facebook posts in the Stevens Point Area groups about this issue (It's posted in the Stevens Point groups as Stevens Point is 5 miles away but bigger population so more eyes see the posts).
I tried to call into VZW today, only got disconnected 3 times while on hold. Went online and did online chat and they got 1 call to go through without issue after doing something with the backend team. Now calls dropping again over and over. Trying to get some attention on this as things were great until storms came those few weeks ago. There is a tower that is 4 blocks from my residence. I used to have full bars at home, now my phone goes from 2 bars to 5 bars and LTE to ! for signal.
Texting is also affected. Sometimes things send, sometimes they don't or are severely delayed.
Can we get someone to look into this and get it figured out? I've been testing with Google Fi in my area and I've not had these issues with that service (T-Mobile or US Cellular towers are used with Google Fi). I've been with VZW for almost 11 years, I don't wanna leave but if this can't be rectified, I will move all 9 lines to G Fi or T-Mobile.
This is a big deal as we have people that we are their emergency contact and if we can't keep a call with them, it could become a very bad situation.

We are glad that you are safe from the storms, but we share your concern that you have been having issues since that time. You shared that this has been going on for weeks, do you recall approximately when you started experienceing issues? When we were previously chatting with you, can you share any addtional troubleshooting that has been completed with you? Additional troubleshooting steps can also be found using the link below.

Ok typing this for the second time now since the app asked me to sign in again and deleted all my info.
Troubleshooting was reboots, signal reports, stuff on the backend being checked and more reboots and signal reports.
It's not just me having the issues. My coworker win lives 1 block from the tower says he's only got 2 bars and used to have 5 bars as well. And he's dropping calls as well.
T-Mobile has put in a lot of towers in the area and reading other forums it seems they could be interfering with other signals which complaints have been filed but if that's the case, does VZW have a workaround for these issues? Right now I'm paying for service I can't reliably use at home. Reminds me of old Sprint service, very poor.
Is it that hard to get a truck rolled out to check the local equipment at the towers?
Towers could be overloaded as well possibly cause there being 3 towers with vzw equipment on them vs the massive amount of T-Mobile equipment on the towers shows the demand is there and if there ain't enough connections available, people gonna get booted.
Again, many people affected, hoping y'all do something about it.
