Coverage Gotten Worse

I have the Galaxy Fold 3 and my wife has the Galaxy S23 we live in zip code 39466.  Both of our services have gotten progressively worse over the last 6 months.  I used to have a signal all the way to work located in zip code 70427 but now I have no signal for 80% of my drive.  No data and no signal for calls or if I do have a signal it drops or is so hard for the other person to understand due to static or cut-outs.  This is occurring on both phones.  I loved Verizon when I first got their service but now I am strongly considering another company especially since my work phone is AT&T and an iphone 13 pro and it never loses service.  Verizon please help!

You are not alone, I live in a place where I used to have 4 bars, and now all I have is two at the most. I have an iPhone 14 pro max and it’s just terrible. I read a thread on Reddit where other people are having the same issues as well.

Our iPhone 10's used to get really good coverage. Recently that has changed.  Getting a lot of SOS service only now.

67758 is my zip code and service used to be superior ro any other. Now it has dropped multiple times where no service and I must use wifi calling, and now do not have 4 bars either. Lucky to have 2

Is there an issue in 55105?  I am having trouble making calls and sending texts - tested TMobile and no issue so do not think it's my phone.

I too have the same problem. We moved to this home about 4 years ago and the coverage was ok, not great but usable. It has gotten much worse and we can hardly use our phones here. Our kids have ATT and have great coverage here. I wonder what's going on?

I've tried to respond but it keeps getting sent back. The problem started about 6 months ago. Calls have always been spotty. Have to be standing at the right place. But data is almost non-existent now anywhere on the property. Web pages take forever to load or not at all. I used to be able to use my phone to read the paper and such but no longer.

I’m having the issues with service as well im using the iPhone 11. Sometimes I’ll have 2 or 3 bars but have no internet service! I can’t even send an imessage. I think it’s time to start looking for another carrier.

My signal has been terrible lately I can’t load a page off web , I can stand right here smack dab in the middle United States and not have signal on an iPhone 12 been paying $300 a month for many years now for some phones and ever since they switch to 5G it has got worse This is What Verizon says about it. “ This could be because you are too high, too low, too far or even too close to the tower. ”. What? Are ya joking 🙃? Seriously is Verizon saying it is our fault because of where we’re standing or where we are they make billions of dollars they should have enough towers to cover every inch of every spot in the United States whether there’s people standing there or not this is a joke it’s getting very close to time to just switch networks.

I have same problem here in Minneapolis, MN area.  Since the introduction of 5G, there are more and more gaps.  I finally got through to technical support this afternoon (after 2 months) and they admitted this 1 mile stretch of road in a suburb of 50K people with lots of home is showing that it is weak.   I was then told essentially, it is what it is.  It is both shocking and extremely dissapointing that Verizon is going backwards with their network AND they apparently don't care enough to do anything about.  After 20 years with Verizon, it is time to change.  To repeat, I am in a large suburb in a metro area of 3+ million people.  #service #unhappy #frustrated

Yes I agree, this correspondence from Verizon is nothing but lip service. Corporate doesn't care. It's all about money
