Coverage has gotten worse

I live in 85388 and when we purchased back in 2020 we had 4 bars throughout our home. Now only 1 bar. Also finding some areas nearby both my wife and I have SOS. Been with Verizon for over 20 years because of the good coverage. Whatโ€™s happened? Our daughter who I consider has a bad phone carrier has great service here.
