I live in a densely populated area of Massachusetts. There is no signal on my phone in many regions within a one mile radius of my house. Visitors to my house (inside and outside) have no coverage as well.
Verizon should not falsely represent areas where there is coverage in their marketing materials.

When did this first become a problem for you and other Verizon users? Do you currently utilize Wi-Fi at your problem location?
