I live in a densely populated area of Massachusetts. There is no signal on my phone in many regions within a one mile radius of my house. Visitors to my house (inside and outside) have no coverage as well.
Verizon should not falsely represent areas where there is coverage in their marketing materials.
KEA86, I know how heavily we all use our devices, so I am sorry to hear about the lack of coverage in your area. We need to transparent in the information that we provide, so I am eager to look into the area deeper with you. What is the closest intersection and zip code of the problem area? When did this first become a problem for you and other Verizon users? Do you currently utilize Wi-Fi at your problem location?
