Our entire neighborhood in the 38555 zip code is having network problems with Verizon. Calls are choppy; people can't hear you on the other end and can't place calls at times. This all started about a month ago. Many of us have been to our local store, and they stated they opened up network trouble tickets..
A number of us were given network extenders for our homes by calling Verizon customer service. While this is appreciated, it only works in your home. Has anyone else been having these problems in the Tennessee area like this?
