DUN with 4G Pantech?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to use a DUN connection with the 4G Pantech UML290?  My VPN software requires DUN, which worked fine on the 3G Pantech card, but I can not get this 4G Pantech to connect. 

 

Is it possible?  Does anyone know what the settings would be (username and password)?  The 3G settings do not work....
