There is a data capacity problem in Joseph, Oregon during the whole of Summer, also over the Holiday period at Christmas/Thanksgiving where there are a great deal of additional visitors in the area. At these times, there is little to no data available . Is there a plan to resolve this? Full LTE shows as being available on phones, but any activity involving data fails. This is extremely frustrating and has been going on for about 3 years now.

JZac, We understand the importance of being bale to depend on your service year round. We're happy to look into this with you further. While we cannot see planning and development, network tickets let our engineers know where there is a problem. Do you know if you have submitted anything with us yet?

Tickets are filed with our Technical Support reps when necessary as they may already be aware of a capacity matter that they can advise you of. There isn't much that can be done when it comes to temporary capacity matters as the towers will usually be working normally (which will be evident by cellular equipment showing service/ample signal) but will simply be taking on more traffic than it can typically handle. If the area is one in which environmental and terrain challenges exist, it may be difficult to add additional towers so it is usually up to the owners of the properties allowing the influx of visitors to request & lease backup COWs or COLTs to provide additional capacity support during those times of increased traffic.
