I called Verizon the other day to report my almost nonexistent data speed. They sent someone out to my area yesterday and I just heard back that they agreed that the speed in the area was slow but basically they implied that they wouldn't do anything about it at this time. I'm not on the unlimited plan and it's not like this is an area that's always been slow. This started about a month ago. I'm paying $110 for a service that's pretty much worthless.
