Degraded Service / Slow or No data

Over the last 2 weeks my service has been severely degraded, mostly data. When leaving my home I have to turn WiFi to off or the data does not work at all. My hotspot no longer works. Most apps such as Amazon music, Rover, Podcast apps, etc give me an error stating that I have no connection. Text messages are extremely slow. Most MMS to non Apple users fail. I am only able to make and the phone calls without issues. Please advise.
