HELP! I've had excellent service with Verizon ... until about a month ago when calls began to drop and texts were delayed sending/receiving. Now I can only get 1 bar of service, so I've installed a Verizon LTE Extender 2. I now have full bars, but calls consistently drop and am having the same text issues as before. What to do now? This is in zip code 30047.
We know how important it is to stay connected. If you dial #48, does it tell you that you're connected to the network extender?
I have the same issue since the 13.1 or 13.2 upgrade. I have dropped calls all day long that show (Failed) and only 1 bar for cellular no matter where I go. Verizon has provided a new SIM card, then a replacement 11 pro max phone, and then another SIM card. The problem has never gone away. It's all over the web with complaints about this phone and the 12, stating that Apple is ignoring the complaints.
