I have had trouble with my Verizon 4G LTE extender since I got it.  Just looked at the error log.  Can anyone tell if the errors are software problem or malfuctioning hardware.

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear that you have not been able to successfully run you network extender. To clarify, are these the error messages you have received? Can you tell me any troubleshooting steps that have been done so far?

Hi,

The above errors are cut and paste from the Alarm History.  I have repeatedly restarted the extender, done factory reset, reconnected extender directly to my router/modem, then set the router/modem so that the extender connects separately from the router with my internet provider.  I have made sure Wi-Fi calling is off on all three phone.  Phones have been cycled on and off numerous times.  I have called customer service who made some changes on your end.  Of note, most of the day there is little to no use of the extender.  Calling the LTE test number, #48 gets the reply that it is working normally.  To clarify, about half the calls placed or received work normally.   Problems started within a couple of days of starting to use the extender.

Thanks,

Josh
