FCC Test Failure

After downloading the FCC testing app, and conducting a few coverage reliability test in the 37301 area, it was not surprising that it Failed on all accounts (uploading, downloading, all communications).

Therefore, as I have been saying for over a year Verizon's "reliability" is not as advertised. According to the Verizon coverage map the exact area where I conducted the FCC testing is in the red and is covered. However, after riding around and conducting the test it was apparent Verizon is misleading customers on their claim of coverage. 

The FCC has been notified of the service failure. I really hope Verizon works to establish a better network via more towers and support your claim of reliable with proven service.
