do you live in a remote or fringe service area?

5-12mbps is usually the best you'll see & can be lower.

add wi-fi & you'll be amazed.

He's getting less than 1% of that 5-12 Mbps.  Verizon's data plans for their start unlimited is a true bait and switch.  Pay $40 a month for service.  Oh, you wanted to ACTUALLY use your phone?  Well, that's another $10 per month.
