Got this thing because it was this, satellite internet or dial up as my only choices. It drops me all the time now. Some Saturdays I cannot even load a page. Give up, turn computer off and when I turn it on Sunday morning I have no problems works great. Verizon swears it has nothing to do with congestion. I am at the edge of the 4G coverage. Most of the time I am on 3G. Have spent too much time on the phone talking to people to get this corrected. I even was suppose to get a call back from a Level 2 tech to help with my problems but of course he never called. I have been through the whole routine of reset, battery out, sim card out etc. I cringe every time the stupid commercial comes on touting their great network.
Which device do you have? MiFi? Jetpack? USB modem? Home Fusion? Etc.
