Good Coverage, Poor LTE Speed, Albany NY 12203

Coverage is adequate but LTE speed is poor at SUNY College of Nanoscale Science & Engineering.  This campus is next door to the SUNY Albany campus; not only is this a very dense area, but this is a very tech minded campus, so would be perfect for small cells and\or DAS.  Does Verizon have any network densification plans in this area?
