HTC One Replacement SIM?

I have a HTC One that seems to be stuck in 3G mode. If I wipe the phone and reinstall, it seems to work on 4G for about 5-10 minutes, then it switches back to 3G. I've read that this can be caused by a corrupted SIM card. can someone please contact me about getting a replacement? thanks
