Did they redirect the signal? Do I have to call Tech Support to do a service check or do they even do things like that? Just not sure how I could have a perfect signal one day and nothing at all the next.
I understand your concern with your signal. I have checked my references and I am not showing any outages for 4G service on the day you posted. Are you still having the issue or do you now get a 4G signal?
