Have To Give Credit When Credit Is Due!

With the latest version of VZAM for my Pantech that was just released last week I have to say that my connections between 3G and 4G have been and are rock solid. I am actually staying in the 4G area much more than before as well. I'm not sure if they tweaked some towers, or it's my device with the newer F/W but it is great. Mine is now auto switching to WIFI from WWAN like it was before 4G ever rolled out. A feature I never realized I enjoyed as much.

We all have been on Verizon pretty hard ever since this roll out started, with some much deserved as well. I posted awhile back that they will get the bugs worked out over time, we just had to be patient. Much easier said than done of course!

If you are still having problems make sure that both your VZAM & your device's F/W is updated.

Thank you Verizon for continuing to get this correct. This is exactly why I have been with Verizon for over 5 years with 5 cell phone numbers and 3 Data plans. You guys have never let me down, yes you are more expensive than most of your competition but this is where it pays off to me.

You are most welcome. As long as you and your other many co-workers keep raising the bar.
