Haven't had 4g in Denver area in weeks

This is getting old. I can't remember the last time I had 4g service in the area. I live in 80016 and haven't gotten 4g in any nearby area. How can the network be down this long?I am not happy pay so much for poor service. Especially when it keeps me from easily receiving driving directions. 😉

What is going on in the Denver metro area?

Rebooting fixes it. I just forgot to try because other people mentioned having issues. Thanks!

leuca1,

We want to see back on 4G! Certainly an extended period of being off of 4G would be cumbersome! How long exactly have you been having this issue? What model phone are you using? When on 3G, are you in a specific area or does this happen in every location in Denver?

At least since may 6 when we returned to town. People said they had a similar problem in passing since it kept raining here. I haven't seen 4g anywhere in the area yet.

I have an iPhone 5 fully updated.

I appreciate the information so far. I took a look at that zip code and that area seems pretty well covered. Have you rebooted the SIM card? Or reset your network settings? Let me know what trouble shooting has been done and we can pick up right where you left off.
