Horrible Service in Metro Denver!?!

Having serious network issues in the Denver area - the coverage is AWFUL both where I live and where I work. Been off contract for years and with the recent price INCREASES having a hard time seeing any reason to stay. Sadly enough, Sprint has been given the award for best provider in Denver... where's Verizon and 'America's Best Network'?

Zip code for home 80504 - Exceptionally awful, like 1 bar at best. Not to mention Verizon Wifi calling is horribly flawed and has lots of bugs and audio issues.

JohnnyDoe, I want to make sure that your concerns are properly addressed. We cannot guarantee service indoors. This can mainly be due to the building materials causing interference. This means that service could also be disrupted outside of said buildings due to the building itself causing a line of sight issue with any nearby towers. If you are primarily facing these issues in specific locations, specifically indoors for the most part, I would highly recommend a Network Extender as a true fix.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems? I'm on device number 2 - iPhone 6 Plus to an iPhone 6S Plus and having the same awful reception issues.

Both those locations you provided are 4G LTE covered. This may be an indoor coverage issue where VZW does not have control over. There are options available to resolve this including a Network Extender or WiFi Calling.

Does this happen mostly indoors?

Are other VZW Customers having issues in the same locations?

I've contacted Verizon many times in the past starting in November of last year through February regarding the poor coverage in both areas - ended up having 7 network tickets opened and subsequently closed with no help or useful advice. No offense to Verizon, but I already pay enough for service and definitely NOT paying for a network extender. Wifi calling works on occasion, it's really buggy and is flawed with audio issues but when it has worked that's been the saving grace at my house.

Verizon's 4G LTE maps are extremely inaccurate. It shows my house red with LTE coverage but I have to go nearly 1/2 a mile to even get 4G vs. 3G... so nowhere on my street or neighborhood has Verizon service (AT&T has a tower across the field and good coverage). So answering your question, inside or out at my home calling area the service stinks. As for work, it's mainly indoors that the service get's really bad

Mainly voice and text, data hasn't been a huge issue although I haven't been using much data lately anyways. Yes, HD Voice is enabled and 'Voice and Data' settings are enabled on the physical phone as well. I've tried turning both off and even turning LTE off to revert to 3G which has assisted a little but not what I had hoped.

Yes, my phone is currently running iOS 9.3.5 and I'v had this issue with multiple devices (iPhone 6 Plus and now iPhone 6S Plus) through my home/work calling areas - so I'm certain it's not the device and rather the service I'm receiving.

There are no others on my account as it's for work but yes Verizon does have weak coverage in my area as I previously stated. Looking at Verizon's coverage maps (which appear to be extremely exaggerated) both my home and work calling areas area dark red for 4G LTE coverage which is definitely NOT the case in actuality.
