I have tried reporting a service outage for our area. Prior to 3g being discontinued, I would receive decent 3G and LTE. Once 3g was discontinued, we have ZERO coverage in our area. Customer service calls take FOREVER, and I receive a report that "all is well" with our coverage.
The coverage map shows full LTE coverage for "Bear Branch Kentucky, 41714"
I, along with hundreds of other customers who work in the area, can confirm this is not true!
I need someone to really investigate why we lost coverage when 3g towers were turned off, even though we had LTE prior to this.
