For at least the past 5 or 6 months we've been unable to access any data in about a 5 square mile area in the 27520 zip code. I've talked to at least 10 people here who have various devices and all of them are experiencing the same. We all show between 1 and 3 bars of LTE signal, but there's no data flowing. I've tried turning off LTE and using 3G and it still doesn't help. Is there anyone that I could report the problem to?
