This happens on any device connected to a Verizon connection (many different people, in different places, on many different devices) and is not a website, site host or device issue, (many hours of work verifying that fact on all fronts) it must be an ISP issue. I ran a traceroute on my work internet (site loads no issue, traceroute arrives at the correct IP) Verizon has high latency spikes and never arrives at the IP and times out.
Verizon customer service, after a very long time on a call, says it's not a Verizon issue and that I should call the device manufacturers (so call Dell, and apple, and google and Microsoft?)
ATT and Comcast work no issue, this is a BIG issue my the owner of the site... lots of potential lost traffic and revenue. Hope someone can help!
We know how important it is for everything to work correctly for you. What exactly happens when you attempt to access this website using Verizon service? Are you getting an error?
Does seem strange that your only having this problem thru verizon connection if all other sites work fine and no issues could be the site
