I just received my jetpack and it is telling me im out of data is this possible?

I know that would concern me just the same and we're happy to help. To be sure of your usage you can always log into your My Verizon account online to check. As well, if you are on a share plan with other devices you can dial #DATA to determine your current balance. If you just receive the device and activated service, the data allowance may be prorated for a short time depending on your bill cycle date. Are you aware of your current bill cycle date and what date the device was activated? http://vz.to/1zCt292
