I live in Chapel Hill, NC.  For the past several months, many people in our neighborhood have complained of the terrible service we are now receiving.  It used to be the best.  Now, we are having problems with dropped calls, and only able to understand every third word of a conversation on the other end.  I am seriously concerned about this for two reasons.  One, there are several elderly residents in this neighborhood, and I am concerned that they will have no way to call for help with the terrible service they are getting.  Two, I work in the medical field.  When I am on call, I am expected to be able to answer my phone when an emergency happens, and arrive at the hospital to care for a critically ill person.  THIS COULD BECOME A FATAL ERROR ON THE SERVICE OF VERIZON, IF IT IS NOT FIXED.  Frequent complaints to the company has not been addressed, and I find this to be unacceptable.  How would you feel if your loved one was critically ill, and the person who is to care for them isn't able to receive the call to come to the hospital due to terrible service?  That is called a delay in care and can be fatal.  I expect you would like to fix this issue as soon as possible.
