I want to know when the Bath-Brunswick, Maine area is going to get 4G LTE?

Seems like almost everywhere in Maine has 4G LTE except the Bath Brunswick area.  It's a real pain to have to be on 3G while there.  Slower than death.  Please at least announce when this area will be getting it.  More specific than "in 2013"
