I want to report an area with little to no reception

In my two years working in Kearny Mesa, San Diego (specifically, 4411 Mercury Street), my Verizon reception and others with Verizon have had little to no service in the area. Others with competing data providers do not have the same issue-- it's just Verizon users. Attempting to use data takes so long that reception typically times out.
Is there a way to tell Verizon about this?
