I was wondering if towers are still being built in dead areas and roaming areas.

So, my iPad cannot roam in extended coverage and I was wondering if you guys are still building towers in dead areas with no service and roaming areas. It would be nice to access data service mostly everywhere, even in mountainous areas. So I was wondering if you guys are fixing the roaming and dead areas. I think every town in the United States needs coverage also in parks like the grand canyon, so I was wondering about that. Thanks!
